sunday bear: shirley temple

“Bearly Temple” by North American Bear (1988)

I stopped believing in Santa Claus when I was six. Mother took me to a department store and he asked for my autograph.

(Shirley Temple)

♥ Today’s cinematic Sunday Bear Hug is brought to you by Cornelius, who wishes you a Happy Oscar Sunday and wants to know if you think he’s handsomer than George Clooney.

The resemblance is mind boggling . . .

  1. Alluring eyes, interesting nose. Yes, I think he’s got it! Time for the Oscars! Funny quote-how amazing her life must have been. I still stop to watch a clip whenever she appears.

  2. Nice Bearly Temple, Jama. And did you know that the label on it (V.I.B.) was designed by yours truly? I did work for North American Bears a long time ago, including Albert the Running Bear’s Exercise Book. I still have a few bears in my collection!

    1. Get out!! That is SO cool, Diane. Yes, I knew about Albert the Running Bear (I treasure my copy), but didn’t know you’d done NAB labels too! I bow to you, oh master . . . 🙂
