☕ CUPPA OF CHOICE: I’m not a coffee drinker (wha-?? that’s outrageous!) so when I’m in the mood for a hot beverage, I like a cup of tea or hot chocolate. BUT, I will say, nothing says literature like a cup of hot cocoa in an F. Scott Fitzgerald mug!

His aromatic pictures in Hot, Hot Roti for Dada-ji first got my attention :). There’s always a lot of fun detail to look for in his illustrations — you can always feel the energy!

He’s so right that nothing says literature like hot cocoa in an F. Scott Fitzgerald mug, but it takes an exhausted illustrator to really round it out!
That illustration with the dog shampoo really piques my interest!

I do love Ken’s very creative mug shot! Do you think he requests a ‘daily naps clause’ in his book contracts? 🙂

Thanks for introducing an illustrator working under the radar. I like his varied drawing style – and his Fitzgerald mug!

So many talented folks out there; I like shining the spotlight on as many as I can. 🙂 Love his mug too, I went through an intense Fitzgerald period in college.
